When experience matters

By the age of 15 I was a DJ at a roller rink outside of Chicago.  The other DJ's there were with B96 radio.  By the time I was 17 I was on the air and also a frat house DJ at my state college.  

At the age of 19 I was holding some of the top residencies in Chicago.  My show didn't just include my magic on the turntables, but I worked the mike like nothing anyone had seen before.  Crowds loved me and I started getting calls to perform nationally and internationally.  

By the age of 21 I was known in Chicago as the "Queen of After Hours" spinning raves across the state as well as touring the country as a guest DJ.  

At the time I was one of three females in the entire mid-west. I opened my first record label by age 22 called Euphoric Productions.  

In the late 1990s I was running artist management for the dance music industry, I helped manage Chicago bookings for Stevie B, Sarina Paris, Ali Damisi, Rochelle, Chili High Fly, Kim Sozzi and other big names in the dance music industry. 

This entailed finding performance venues, advertising events, transporting the artist to sound checks, events, autograph signings, radio station engagements, club events, concerts and more. while ensuring their contract terms were signed, met, and checks collected.   

I became well known from my interactions in the music business globally and spent every March at the Winter Music Conference.  Back then, on top of artist management, I had 8 CDs on the market under the name DJ Diamond Girl. I was featured in many National DJ Magazines. I was doing rounds at Sam Goody Music Stores for autograph signings.  

I realized back in the 2000s the struggle of the music business and artists. From the bedroom DJ or someone waiting to be discovered, to the struggles of those who were successful but experiencing burnouts. Successful artists still struggled to keep music fresh and venues booked.  

This year we came up with a concept to open in 2022 as a one stop shop mega center, helping artists in all stages of their careers.  By utilizing our skills and contacts, we are able to vet new potential stars, connect them to the right producers, assist in their careers, and help everyone achieve their goals.  

The music industry changes rapidly due to technology.  Artists need a place to get advice on gear, the business, the right contacts, and mentorship.  This business has lacked that ability and has been very exclusive, keeping those with real talent unable to move forward due to cost or knowledge restraints.  

For existing artists, COVID has harmed the live scene, and many are struggling to keep their names on top.  We are losing many top talents in the business due to cash flow shortages.  

As experts handling all aspects of the business, we have been able to privately consult for many years.  Now we come together to open the first mega music center in the United States.  

Our goal is to open three centers in major cities, establish our identity in the industry and then grow rapidly across the United States.  Every state deserves their talent to be heard and to know where to go for guidance. 

For existing artists in the scene, we work with your managers to bring your show back to life.  You would no longer have to keep getting upset with your manager for a lack of bookings or cash flow, as we are connected to places looking to book right now!

For new artists, we coach and guide you in our studios, help you find your brand, and bring you to the meet labels, producers and managers at the annual winter music conference in Miami when we feel you are ready,  

My team is a mix of volunteers in the industry and staff.  We vet all our staff members, and they are of the top quality.  As managers and consultants, we do this to offer the most professional face of experience to all we associate with.
